Abhijit Bhattacharya is a famous Indian Bollywood playback singer. He made his debut in Bollywood with Anand and Anand in 1984. He set up with Bollywood film Baghi as a singer in Bollywood. The songs became very popular in the film "A playful Showkh Haseena", "Chandni Nate Hai" and "Every Kusam Se Budi Hai". After this, many hits came from the players, Shola and Shabnam, to Dillagi, Badashah, Dilwale Dulhania, Dhadkan, Secrets, Josh and many other films. He won the Filmfare Award for Best Playback Singer for the Boss Boss in 1997. He has many experienced music directors such as R. D. Worked with Burman, Laxmikant Pyarelal and Bappi Lahiri. He has worked with other leading music directors such as Anu Malik, Jatin Lalit, A R Rahman, Nadeem Shravan, and Anand Milind, and in the career that lasted for more than two decades, he gave his voice for the big stars of Bollywood.
He also released several non-film albums such as Chief Deewana Houn, Tatori No. 1 and Ashikee himself made all the songs from his non-film albums. Its pop album Tera Beena was a big hit during that time. He received the MTV Music Asia Award for Album.
